Level 2 Pick-Up
Due to the time of the year we understand you may not be able to wait for a delivery. We have opened for pick-up with additional precautions to keep you safe, so you can come get your firewood for immediate burning.
Drive Through Orders
- Masks are mandatory for 12 year old's and older (as per the Governments recent announcement)
- Please use your COVID tracer app. The QR code is beneath the drive through window
- Paywave is available. The Eftpos machine is sanitised after every transaction. You can order online through Click and Collect for contactless payment.
- Make your order at the window

- Online and over the phone - Click and Collect orders are open
- Please quote your order number on arrival.
- Please wear a mask if you have one
Trailer Loads
- If you have your own trailer. Please stay in your vehicle while it is being filled.
- Once loading has finished, you may secure your trailer.
- Please keep at least 2m distance from City Firewood staff and other customers.
Boot Loads
- Boot loads are available.
- Please keep at least 2m away from other customers.
- Please use the provided hand sanitiser before touching our bins.
