WOOD SIZE - We cut most of our firewood to be 10 - 12 inches (close to 30cm), this will be the size of the wood you order online. If you would like a longer cut of wood, please call the office on 03 359 9323 to place your order.

Anonymous I bought before the price rise, so paid $162/M3. I was very disappointed with the initial load. I know my cage is almost exactly 2M3, and four scoops did not fill it. I driver told me that the bucket was a certified measure, which very obviously did not deliver a thrown load of 2M3. I challenged him and was provided a further half scoop, which was still below the lip of the trailer cage. Not impressed.
The load was for a high country hut which needed bone dry wood, and the cost is shared, so I didn't dispute the situation any further.
I hate to think how many people have accepted a light load.
