    • Either place any order for delivery in January or February
    • Or pick up 1m3 of any product from our pick-up centre
    • Do it before midnight 18th of December

    That's it! You will be automatically entered into the draw to win this amazing bundle valued at $479.96.

    The winner will be drawn on Friday the 19th so you can get it fired up over the Christmas break (or give it as a last minute gift). 

    Pro Tip: Most customers delay until after Christmas to think about firewood, so don't assume it will be hard to win!

    Southern Firepits Firepit  Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions  

    1. This competition is run by City Energy Limited (City Energy) trading as City Firewood. City Energy may amend or cancel this competition and/or review and update these terms and conditions on its website at any time at its sole discretion  

    1. The prize is for one Southern Firepits Firepit and accessories https://southernfirepits.co.nz/  

    1. The Competition finishes at midnight on Thursday 18th December 2025. The prize will be drawn on the 19th December and can be picked up on that day or after 5th January2026.  The winning entry will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted to collect the prize from our yard at 379A Gardiners Road, Harewood, Christchurch- In the event of any dispute City Firewood’s decision is final. The prize is not able to be exchanged for cash.  

    1. The exact period that participants may enter the giveaway is at the discretion of City Firewood 

    1. City Firewood does not warrant the prize will meet a particular winner’s needs or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. Accordingly, all implied conditions or warranties, in so far as the law permits, are excluded. 

    1. Neither City Energy, nor Southern Firepits shall be liable in any way, (including in negligence) for any damage or loss suffered (whether direct, indirect, or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw.  

    1. A winner who accepts a prize agrees to participate in any publicity related to their prize and City Energy and/or Southern Firepits may use their image/photo for an unlimited period, without payment, in any media to promote City Firewood or any of its products and/or Southern Firepits or any of its products.  

    1. Any customer who supplies any contact details consents to receive offers, information/newsletters, or other communication from City Firewood whether by email, text, or other means from time to time. At any time should a customer not want to receive such communication there is an “unsubscribe” button on texts and on emails, or the customer can notify City Firewood office staff who will “unsubscribe” the customer.  

    1. The terms City Energy and City Firewood are used “interchangeably” throughout this document. City Energy being the owner of the business trading as City Firewood and being the party offering the prizes.  

    1. Employees of, contractors and suppliers to, City Firewood, and their respective immediate families, are not eligible to participate in this Competition. Employees of Trade Tested and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
